Matt Schweder of Wolf Pool Solutions brings over a decade of leadership experience in construction management, operations, and customer service. He oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations—from project planning and budgeting to team coordination and quality control—ensuring every pool is delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

Matt’s background in construction management and his hands-on approach allow him to effectively bridge the gap between clients, crews, and designers. His commitment to excellence and attention to detail have played a key role in Wolf Pool Solutions growth and reputation for top-tier craftsmanship and dependable service.

Known for his clear communication, problem-solving skills, and unwavering focus on client satisfaction, Matt leads by example and fosters a culture of accountability and professionalism throughout the company.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and exploring the latest trends in backyard living and pool innovation.

Meet Hugo, he is a high energy San Antonio family man who lives life with his wife, two sons and a variety of pets. His passion revolves around facilitating success for others and loves helping them achieve their life and project goals while utilizing over 17 years of project management experience. He Is a retired United States Air Force American Airman and retired in 2024 as a Chief Master Sergeant. He served in assignments at Control and Reporting Centers, Air Operations Centers, and as an Enlisted Accessions Recruiter. Throughout his career, he has served three tours in Balad, Iraq in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM and one tour in Al Udeid, Qatar in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM.
